Returns + Exchanges

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You must notify us immediately within 7 days if there is a problem with your order or you wish to exchange or return it.  Please email hello@shantisundays.com for details on how to return it to us.

FAULTY GOODS

In the eventuality that the product is faulty, we will return the full costs the product to you and the costs of returning it to us. Alternatively we will arrange for it to be collected if this is more convenient to us.

NON FAULTY GOODS

If you simply do not want to keep the item, or would like to exchange it, we can offer you an exchange or credit note once the item has been received back to us.   Costs of returning the item to us are the responsibility of the customer.  Costs of sending out the new item will also be charged to the customer.

For goods to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

The customer is liable to pay delivery costs associated with returning non-faulty items to us.

Refunds will only be granted on FAULTY goods.

Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage for your returns as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost in transit.
 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 

LATE REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items to us unless the goods are faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
