I am delighted to be hosting a retreat in Southern Portugal for my teacher and good friend Tony Watson. Tony is an exceptional yoga & pilates teacher and bodyworker who teaches at triyoga and privately across London. A self confessed anatomy geek, Tony co - teaches the triyoga Teacher Training program with course creator Anna Ashby.

The retreat will be week long exploration of how the three principles of breath, movement and stillness form the cornerstone of a healthy movement practice and happier existence.

Quinta Mimosa is a ten acre estate of almond and orange trees set in the hillside above Almancil, away from the crowds yet totally accessible.  The property is only 20 minutes from Faro airport and 15 minutes from some of the Algarve’s finest beaches.

Quinta Mimosa offers a warm welcome, caring hospitality and delicious organic food in a relaxed and beautiful natural surroundings. The comfortable feeling of a ‘home away from home’ with charming houses offering a variety of accommodation.

There are several independent cottages and 3 swimming pools dotted throughout the property.

There will 2 practices daily with Tony except on the midweek day off when we will have morning practice only. This day will give us the opportunity to rest or explore some of the beautiful beaches nearby.
