Please include your original invoice and send back within 21 days of purchase. After receiving the goods you have the right to cancel the contract and we will refund your credit / debit card (excluding original shipping costs) within 7 days. We can only refund the card that you have used to make payment with originally.
We recommend you send the goods via recorded delivery as we can't be responsible for for goods that are lost in transit. Card payments and security.
We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Paypal. When the order is placed at our website, card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. We do not store or see any card information on our system. All card transactions are cleared using SagePay.
